I'm Cal — I left Ireland with nothing and landed a FIFO job in 28 days!

Hey, I'm Cal McIlwaine. In May 2023, I left Ireland on a working holiday visa chasing opportunity in Australia. I had zero mining experience. My background? Running nightclub events back home — not exactly FIFO material.
